- Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries for Thailand ,Malaysia, Azerbaijan, Georgia & UAE tour packages
- Design customized travel itineraries for families & couples
- Promote holiday packages, desert safari, city tours & attractions
- Communicate with clients via phone, WhatsApp & email
- Coordinate bookings with UAE operations team
- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service
- Requirements
- ️ Experience in Travel / Tour Consulting (preferred)
- ️ Strong sales and communication skills
- ️ Passion for tourism and customer service
- ️ Ability to plan itineraries and close sales
- ️ English required (Sinhala/Tamil preferred)
- ️ Knowledge of Dubai / UAE destinations is an advantage
